Meet Dawn – Founder, Owner & Lead Organizer

Organizing has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I loved finding better ways to arrange pantries, closets, cabinets, and any space that needed a little more order. Today, that same passion fuels Simply reDO — helping overwhelmed women transform their homes into spaces that feel calm, functional, and beautifully their own.

I believe organizing should make sense for your life — not just look pretty for a photo. That’s why I focus on using what you already have whenever possible, avoiding the need to buy more things that add to the clutter. This also promotes sustainability and cost-effectiveness. With a thoughtful approach, we can make any space work better — whether it's a busy kitchen, a crowded closet, or a cozy corner that just needs a little reimagining.

A little about me:
I’m a mom of two grown sons, a proud grandma to two wonderful grandsons, a wife, and an empty nester. Our family also includes our lovable dog and cat! Alongside running Simply reDO, I also work part-time as a flight attendant, which brings a unique perspective on efficient space utilization and gives me a deep appreciation for efficiency, small-space organization, and the importance of feeling "at home" wherever you are.

Beyond homes, I love helping clients unpack and organize after a move, style and maintain rental properties, and even transform small spaces like campers and cabins into organized retreats.

Meet Tracy – Organizer & Lead Home Stylist

With a natural eye for aesthetics and a calm, supportive approach, Tracy brings both beauty and balance to every space she touches. As a Simply reDO Lead Organizer and resident styling expert, she helps clients feel at ease while creating systems that look as good as they function. Her ability to see the potential in any space makes her an invaluable part of every project. Her warmth, intuition, and experience are a big part of what makes the Simply reDO experience feel so personal. Here’s a bit more about Tracy, in her own words:

“I’ve always been a bit of a neat freak, finding joy with all of my things put away and everything in its proper place! There is nothing better than looking around your space, big or small, and feeling joy and a sense of calm. The icing on the cake is also bringing beauty to organized spaces.  

I've been married over thirty years, a mom to adult twin girls and a cat mom of three. Yes, three kitties - no judging! It's just another reason to keep things simple and well organized. Throughout my career I've always found the most pleasure in building strong relationships and helping make business and home life easier for my clients.
