General
How do I get started?
Start by filling out the form on our Contact Page. We’ll schedule a discovery call to learn more about your needs and recommend the best service fit.
Do I need to be home during the session?
Not necessarily! Many clients prefer to be present for the initial walkthrough, but you’re welcome to come and go. We’re comfortable working independently and keeping you updated as we go.
How do I know how many hours I’ll need?
That’s where we come in. During our discovery call, we’ll assess the space and your goals. Then we’ll recommend the best package size to get you the results you’re after — without overbooking.
Do you bring supplies with you?
We bring our favorite tools and basics for each session (like tape, labels, sticky notes, etc.), but we don’t carry a full inventory of organizing products. If your project would benefit from specific bins, baskets, or tools, we can help recommend or shop for those.
Do you clean as you go?
We wipe down shelves and surfaces that are being organized, but we are not a cleaning service. For deep cleaning (floors, windows, bathrooms, etc.), we recommend having your space cleaned prior to our arrival — it makes for the best outcome once we begin styling or organizing.
Do people tip you?
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. If you feel moved to express your appreciation that way, it’s absolutely welcome — and means the world to us in this service-based work.
Decluttering & Organizing
What types of spaces do you organize?
We organize every kind of residential space — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, playrooms, offices, garages, basements, and more. Whether it's one drawer or the whole house, we're here for it.
Will you get rid of things without asking me?
Never. We’ll guide you through decision-making and offer thoughtful suggestions, but every “keep, donate, toss” decision is entirely yours.
What do you do with items I want to donate?
We’ll gladly take a small load of donations to a local center after your session — no extra trip for you. For larger items or specialty pickups, we can help you arrange local services.
Do I need to buy organizing products?
Not necessarily. Many homes already have what we need to get started. If your space would benefit from additional containers or solutions, we’ll suggest exactly what you need (and can shop for you if desired).
Home Styling
Do I need to buy all new furniture or decor?
Nope. We work with what you already have whenever possible and can completely transform a space through rearrangement, layering, and intentional styling. If needed, we’ll suggest where a few new pieces could make an impact.
What if I want help choosing decor or furniture?
That’s our sweet spot. We include design consultation time in every package and can shop on your behalf. Additional design hours can be added as needed.
Do you work with specific styles?
We love blending your personal taste with timeless, calming aesthetics. From minimal to cozy layered looks, we’ll help you define or refine your style — not push you into something that doesn’t feel like you.
Specialty Projects
What types of specialty spaces do you work with?
We love helping clients with cabins, campers, vacation homes, Airbnb listings, and multi-use spaces. These projects often call for thoughtful layout planning, compact storage, and seasonal styling.
Can you help me prep a rental for guests?
Absolutely. We can organize and style your space to be guest-ready — including staging, stocking essentials, and creating an intuitive flow for visitors.
Do you work with seasonal or second homes?
Yes! Whether you need to get your lake house ready for summer or your Airbnb restyled for fall, we bring functionality and visual calm to every stay-worthy space.
New Home Setup & Unpacking
How soon after my move should I schedule this?
As soon as possible! If we can align with your move-in date, we can unpack with strategy and style from the very beginning — saving you the stress of makeshift organizing that never quite gets finished.
Can you unpack everything?
We aim to unpack and organize your most important areas — like the kitchen, bathroom, and closets — with intention. We can’t guarantee 100% of boxes will be unpacked during your session, but we’ll help you prioritize what matters most.
Do you remove boxes or packing materials?
We’re happy to break down a few boxes and take a small amount with us. For larger hauls, we can recommend local pickup or recycling services.
reFRESH & Maintain
Who is this service for?
This service is exclusively for returning clients. If we’ve styled or organized your space within the last 3 months, we’ll help you maintain that momentum with a refresh tailored to your needs.
What can a refresh include?
A refresh can be as simple as tidying systems that have gotten off track or restyling areas that need a little love. We revisit what we already worked on — helping you stay in rhythm without starting over.
What if it’s been more than 3 months?
If more than 3 months have passed since our last session in the space, a new organizing or styling package may be needed to revisit it thoroughly.
