The Challenge

This lower level guest bedroom had solid storage potential but wasn’t functioning well. The closet had become overfilled with boxes and miscellaneous items, making it difficult to access and limiting its usability. The bedroom itself felt underutilized and lacked the warmth and intention of a true guest-ready retreat.

The Approach

We began by editing and reorganizing the closet, clearing out excess items and reworking the shelving to better support long-term storage. Categories were simplified, vertical space was optimized, and accessibility improved. In the bedroom, we refined the layout and layered in soft textures and intentional styling to create a welcoming, comfortable space for guests.

The Result

A fully functional closet that supports organized storage without overwhelm, and a lower level guest bedroom that feels calm, polished, and inviting. The space now balances practicality with comfort — making it easy to maintain and ready for visitors at any time.
